DesignWays Conference
Founded in 2018, an organization created by a community of designers for designers.
DesignWays is a brand built lean, close to its community and in conformity with two values: knowledge and mutuality. Its organizers and founders are Joanna Ostafin, Kamil Kozieł, Tomasz Osowski and Michał Sambora, who have been active in the industry for many years. DesignWays Conf is one of the largest conferences for UX/UI designers in Poland, held regularly since 2018 in Krakow. In our interview we had the chance to talk to one of the founders and organizers Tomasz Osowski, who has an understanding of the importance of sustainability, and he expresses that through a sustainable web design agency Dodonut.
Earlier this year DesignWays Conference integrated Footprint into the event organization and created outstanding results. In total it resulted in the following impact:
